The firm utilises the latest Dell computer hardware and server which are all networked. All staff have access to internal and external e-mail and Internet. These systems are constantly upgraded and maintained.

LEAP Legal Software is used for all matters, especially data and document generation. This is a highly efficient tool that is regularly updated by LEAP and firm staff whenever precedents are amended.

WEBSTERS maintain regular contact with its clients via e-mail and facsimile
We also offer to selected clients automatic web-site reporting, allowing clients access to reports by protected code at any time.

The firm engages the services of an information technology contractor to maintain and upgrade software and hardware on a regular basis. This enables staff access to the latest technology and, in turn, offers the best quality service for all clients. We also use PDF software to enable electronic e-mail of documents.

The accounts department utilises MYOB software and the latest technology and Internet Banking.

SECURITY

Our computer system and information contained therein is kept safe and is ‘backed up’ daily. We maintain the latest anti virus software and it is constantly upgraded and monitored. The premises are locked out of hours and the building is a high security building with video monitoring, alarms and security patrols.

ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS

WEBSTERS understand the need for a quick turnaround of documents. To this end, we are able to deliver documents electronically and have them printed off-site. The relevant documents are transferred in ’.PDF’ format ensuring control at all times.

Our staff are always available to lend support to clients either via e-mail or telephone and we are available for contact at any time including after business hours.

GEOGRAPHIC COVERAGE

Whilst the office of WEBSTERS is located in the Sydney central business district, technology and relationships with interstate & overseas firms enable us to service clients throughout Australia and overseas.

We have long term correspondent relationships with associated law firms in each capital city of Australia and regularly provide services for interstate and overseas matters.

OVERSEAS COVERAGE

We regularly document and deal with matters involving clients located in mainland China and Hong Kong including in English and/or Mandarin and have long term correspondent relationships with lawyers in mainland China and Hong Kong.
